Ha - Wembley has a fanclub presale listed for 23/02 - wtf is that?
£55 - £125
wtf - my fears realised - Wembley Stadium and on a Sunday with the London curfews still in place from what seems like WWII
Indeed.
Travelling to Wembley stadium on a Sunday is indeed no picnic but Wembley Park station staff are quite well versed in dealing with crowds.
I was at the Hyde Park show in 2012 that got turned off at 10.30 sharp whilst they were on stage. Interestingly enough Westminster council went onto state that the concert organisers pulled the plug on "public health and safety" grounds, they were not responsible.
I am certain that "they" (be it the promoters or the council) will pull the plug yet again if he (or for that matter any artiste) plays beyond 10.30.
I was at Hyde Park as well and Wembley 2013 that finished rather early than the other concerts. Sunday trains out of London are crap
gcmozart posted:Think I might wait for a Cologne or Paris (please let it be Bercy
with the new dates, Paris can only be 'round Werchter... with the Euro championships in France, no stadiums available nor the security for a bruce show in June
But I joign the Cologne idea
Damn ....... I thought CPH was a wasteland but at least public transport doesn't stop running untill well past midnight on weekdays and runs all night long during weekends.
A truly enterprising promoter would have taken the River tour at face value and booked the following venues :-
Fulham on the Thames
Notts Forest on the Trent
Stockport County on the Mersey
Clyde on the (I'll let you work that one out)

Possible. The golden circle could be Kew Gardens which would be about the same distance to the stage as Wembley. I'll get my people to speak to Bruce's people.

Google it. It means 'Standing in front of the barricade' which must be front of stage.
My Danish Concert Travel broker wrote that he could be arranging trip for Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne. Has any of you heard rumors about Springsteen concerts in these cities?

A support band in Rome was always on the cards. I was worried it was going to be some crap artist/band but Counting Crows I can live with.
