It's a bootleg by PurpleYoda. Mainly known for collections of Prince ;-)

There are several other counterfeit/bootleg 2 and 3 CD releases purporting to be ‘expanded’ versions of the legitimate CD releases. They have frequently been on sale through eBay and other sights with no indications that they are fakes

Thanks for the info. The tracks ar not burned on CD's , the uploader just called them that way. They are all Flac.
