Two wonderful shows. My one complaint is; I don't understand why he stopped introducing the band. These were the first two live shows I've ever seen that he didn't introduce the E Street Band. I'm not in favor of this move. Maybe he didn't introduce them in Australia, I haven't listened to the boots but I think it sucks. Just my humble opinion.

Was The Promise full band?? That would've been awesome...but guessing it was solo piano which is cool too ofcourse. Can anyone confirm.
In Australia (well the shows I was at) he introduced the band during MCoR but ofcourse he didn't always play this song. On those occassions he did it in a hurry in between songs early in the encore or just before.
Haven't got the other boots from downunder so not sure whether he missed it completely or not.
The Promise was solo piano - and was a highlight of the show for me. A pretty interesting and varied setlist tonight, and good energy throughout. Sound was pretty good (we were in the back of the pit) considering the cavernous shape of the arena.
