"In the wee wee hours, maybe baby, the gypsy lied..."

Somewhere between midnight and say, 6 AM. "Wee" meaning "small" i.e. 1, 2, 3 etc.

Can we cut to the chase and explain "duece" too?

I dunno, can we spell "deuce"? Or did you mean "dunce"?

Wee wee has a double meaning that pertains to small size. It is what a parent might say to a child in explaining a penis. That's your wee wee

But it also means in the early morning hours of a day after midnight as stated before. For anyone that has driven all night it is a good description.
