...... and they should be on here. With a tour coming and a double album of 70's punk covers ( did I read that right? ) due for release, it would be be good to get the weak pulse on this board zapped back into full life. Many of us have met in the flesh and it is time to get our friends back together to regroup and banter.... it's bound to be better than the death threats and random bollocks that seem to be on here these days. I have met some of my closest friends on the SPL and I am always up for making new ones.

Martin, what else are we to do if we can't talk bollocks ???
Whatever bollocks you guys wanna chat about would be good - take my mind off the current malais of championship football in SE London & the Braves catching the Mets in the NL East

Good to see you Bob - I would gloat that we are top of the league but everyone I know is at least 2 divisions above us .... so I don't! Will you be at Hyde Park etc ?
Ha ha - glad the O's are having some success at last.
I am doing 2 nights in Paris & 1 night at Villa Park
Before then I am going to Cambridge & Norwich for FTHC and a week's holiday with Mrs GcM & the latest addition to the family - Harvey the Springer spaniel

Will see you at Frank in Cambridge. I will probably also be at Brixton. Will hopefully catch you at Villa Park and Paris. I thought Harvey was a giant rabbit?
As much as I love a good death threat, and talking bollocks is second nature to me, I can’t wait to catch up in person on this tour.
Through SPL I have made friends for life, from ones that reluctantly come to psychedelic jazz gigs to ones that enthusiastically come to folk and prog gigs. (I’m hoping Magma and Van der Graf Generator tour again soon!)
I’ll be in Dublin, London, Villa, Paris, and Edinburgh (though probably not in that order) see you on the road.
(ps Martin - I have some Bahranian Flugelhorn bootlegs downloaded… I’ll keep them to myself if you promise no more Leyton Orient tickets?)

That's a deal if you stop sending me pictures of old guys holding double necked guitars with the caption. "you would hate this gig". I did my impression of the Bahranian Flugelhorn for "her indoors" and she said she got a very good sense of the show .... On the upside I think we can agree that later in the day Judy Collins was stellar !
N.B. That was the late, great Chris Squire and it was a triple neck… but, yes, Judy Collins was immense.
I saw Judy Collins around 2017-8 on the tour with Stephen Stills. She still sounded great -- but Stephen, unfortunately due in part to his hearing loss, was terrible - -both on their duets and his solo songs.
Glad to hear she is still going strong.

Looking forward to the E Street Band version of "Anarchy in the U.K."!
Or is it a solo album? Acoustic "Holiday in Cambodia"? I'd pass on that.
Sorry... off topic.
Will we be able to buy SPL-Shirts again? I joined SPL too late, don't have any...

We must get Martin to VDGG. And Magma, come to that...
