The garage-rock channel on SiriusXM is getting its own cruise in 2025, with X, Low Cut Connie, the Chesterfield Kings, Reverend Horton Heat, and more

LITTLE STEVEN’S UNDERGROUND Garage is one of the most eclectic channels on SiriusXM’s rock lineup, playing everything from legit garage bands like the Chesterfield Kings and the Dollyrots alongside cowpunk kings Old 97’s and SoCal punk legends Social Distortion. In May 2025, the channel will take that aesthetic and those bands to sea on the inaugural Little Steven’s Underground Garage Cruise.
Set for May 9 through 13, the four-day voyage — produced by cruise-concert experts Sixthman — sails from Miami to Nassau, Bahamas, aboard the Norwegian Gem and features a loud and brash lineup. Along with Social D as headliners, the cruise includes performances by X, Rocket From the Crypt, Reverend Horton Heat, Low Cut Connie, Los Straightjackets, Slim Jim Phantom Trio, Supersuckers, Linda Gail Lewis, Deke Dickerson, and a host of “the” bands: the Dictators, the Fleshtones, the Woggles, the Coolies, the Untamed Youth, the Neanderthals, the Sound Minds, and more. Lenny Kaye, producer, musician, and member of Patti Smith’s group, is also sailing and will put together a live celebration of the 1972 garage-rock collection Nuggets.
Underground Garage deejays like Count Peter Zaremba, the Mighty Manfred, Kelly Ogden, and Palmyra Delran will be aboard to host live radio tapings. Michael Des Barres will serve as master of ceremonies.
First-round presale signups are live now through June 4, while final round pre-sale lineups conclude June 9. The public on-sale begins June 11 at 2 p.m. ET, at UndergroundGarageCruise.com.
