The past two days, I've been listening to Bruce's Rain Delayed Birthday Bash by Ev2. I don't think this show gets its due and is one of his best shows. The band was nice and loose.  The setlist was great, filled with rarities.  It had the delay, the crowd was great and it was his Birthday. Heck, we even got cake.  It had it all, definitely a top 50 and more than comparable to the recent St. Louis archive in terms of setlist and rarities. Even though the sound is very good, I'd love to see this get the same archive treatment that they gave St. Louis.

Tracks:
Out in the Street
The Ties That Bind
Cynthia
Badlands
Who'll Stop the Rain?
Cover Me
Downbound Train
We Take Care of Our Own
Wrecking Ball
Death to My Hometown
My City of Ruins
It's Hard to be a Saint in the City
Jole Blon
This Little Girl is Mine
Pay Me My Money Down
Janey, Don't You Lose Heart
In the Midnight Hour
Into the Fire
Because the Night
She's the One
Working on the Highway
Shackled and Drawn
Waiting on a Sunny Day
Meeting Across the River
Jungleland
Thunder Road

Rocky Ground
Born to Run
Glory Days
Seven Nights to Rock
Dancing in the Dark
Tenth Ave. Freeze-out
Happy Birthday, Bruce
Twist and Shout

David,

My thoughts and prayers go with you and your buddy.  I'm so sorry to hear that bad news.

For now, I would give him this boot by Ern.  It's a very good sounding  matrix and we're lucky to have it.  I believe Garry or Monte made nice artwork for it.  If you  need it.  I can send it right away or send it directly to your pal.

Please extend my thoughts to both of them.  I'm glad I was able to stand alongside them at the Garden.

Thanks Oats, a couple of years ago I sourced, ripped and did artwork for all the shows he had gone to over the years so for the moment he has the unofficial version..funnily enough he is off to NYC next week followed by Vegas so he is certainly making the most of what he has...
