I saw this on Twitter and tracked it down on YouTube it's 9 years old from the Grammy Musiccares 2013 Benefit. It's sung in what I'm guessing is... the way Bruce envisioned it being sung as a Protest Song.

Watch the recent interview with Bob Clearmountain about the mixing of the track back in the day. He isolates Bruce’s guitar(s) and it’s kinda angry (and sounds great btw, kinda wish they’d been more prominent in the mix), like the protest song it is.
