I hope the March release isn't just the collection of cover songs that you need to subscribe to the streaming service to listen to ("Songs Under Cover").

Oh good, I missed that when it came out.
Thanks PONYBOY. I think I'll pass on another ToL show.
anpothe 1988 show - yawn
the definitive show from that tour: walk like a man live!
It was a really interesting tour and a lot of the songs are unique to that time frame. I saw two of them and they were terrific. I will pick up the new release at some point.
One surmise I'm making from this release is that they don't have Shoreline May 2 or May 3. As I mentioned in another post, it would be good of Nugs to let us know what shows they have in 24 track prior to 2002. Also, what happened to the rest of the soundman's tapes? We got the two 1977 shows and nothing else since.
Excellent performance from a great Tour. That s a release.
Loved listen to Reason to Believe, great version!

I wouldn't assume that. I suspect every single show was recorded.
There were only about 65 in support of Tunnel of Love, another reason it's such a unique tour.
That would be great if they did record every show on 24 track, but I remain skeptical. If they recorded every show in 24 track, than why are the only releases from the tour in any form from Detroit March 28 (archive release, Inside of Tunnel of Love MTV special, “Be True” on the ep), LA 4/23/(archive) and LA 4/27(“Born to Run” on the ep and “Tougher Than the Rest” video), MSG (archive) and Stockholm 7/3 (archive and “Chimes of Freedom” ep). I think they may have taped from the soundboard on every show, but not 24 track.

I have to agree with you. The other reason being for all the other tours They have released the same dates as all the great boots. As if to tell us, you loved that boot...wait until you listen to this? Not the same with this tour. Stockholm on July 2rd was a great boot but I think that's just a coincidence.
