Needless to say this album material pales into insignigficance relative to that produced by the ESt Band.

However having dug out the "Lost TV Show" DVD , it reminded me that some of the stuff played by the new band on toure wasnt bad ie the live trio of Souls of departed>Born in USA>Light of Day wasnt bad.

Set me thinking....

These days does Bruce ever refer to the "93/94" band members in interviews ?

Have any of the "93/94" members appeared on stage as guests (or even albumns) with the ESt band as additional instruments ?

How many different tracks from the LT/HT albums have subsequently been played live by the ESt band ?

How many of us could hand on heart hear a live recording of an ESt band recorded track played by the "93/94" band - and identify which band recorded it - (ie for the sake of argument Born in USA but equallyany other track )

Just some meaningless observations where i would be interested in the thoughts of others..............

To answer question 4, 'How many of us could hand on heart hear a live recording of an ESt band recorded track played by the "93/94" band - and identify which band recorded it - (ie for the sake of argument Born in USA but equallyany other track )' - If you mean what I think you mean then I bet a lot of people could tell, it was a very different sound.
The whole thing sounded contrived and wooden.

This afternoon, I was driving listening to E Street Radio. They played a AWFUL version of "Who'll Stop the Rain?". The sound was so terrible I nearly ran over an old man crossing the road.

If you listen to one of the boots for that tour you can hear the detached leaden tempo and the snare shots. IMHO, the BIUSA snare sound is an improvement.

If you can't tell then, you can hear Bruce over-sing everything.
