Oh wow what an achievement. Congrats to Jessica. Am sure her parents are very proud!
Pony girl, pony girl
We'll be seeing Bruce and Patti on TV come August in the stands rooting on their daughter with the rest of our country. A Big congratulations to Jessica. You go girl, bring home the Gold.
Boy does that totally SUCK!
Hopefully Bruce can book a club to play at in Japan that week. Then he could sneak in.
As owner of the horse, Bruce was likely going to be there until Japan declared a state of emergency due to Covid and further restricted attendance.

No doubt about it, that's why those weeks are blocked out on Broadway.
I wonder if he'll schedule some of them now? That being said, If I was in his position I'd try to use whatever influence I could to gain admission.
This really is cool. While my instinct is to crap on (be jealous of) rich folks who buy their way into the Olympics, she has worked her tail off her entire life and is probably competing against people with more resources than even she had. I can't imagine the relationship these athletes have with their horses. The level of trust both have we each other must be amazing.
I am curious what the process of getting a horse from the east coast of the USA to Japan is (that must be a real pain).

It isn't a walk in the park.
I went down the rabbit hole in youtube on transporting horses as well. Crazy difficult.
Thats because a rabbit hole is too small for a horse

LOL. Granted, the hole I was looking down was the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog so it was quite big (Monty Python reference for those that are wondering).

I soiled my armor I was so scared.
