Imagine holding the rail on a GA floor for 3 hrs pre-show and then being forced to evacuate until the weather clears up. Then the GA floor can reload. (in a frenzy?? We'll see)

It happened just like that at Bruce's Birthday Party at Giant's Stadium in the Meadowlands except it was in the middle of the show. We all walked into the stairways curling around Gian'ts Stadium until the storm passed. The folks I were with... we had a ball, must have been 10-15 of us.

at least pit was still pit. This is the entire stadium sized floor. Band is onstage now. I'm looking for footage of the rush back to the floor
Holy cow, that sounds like a nightmare. With Phish, are the fans stoned and chill or did they really rush the stage?

Big respect to my Phish Phan brothers and sisters for their behavior last night.
Funny the logistics that these venues have to plan for, especially with the setups different for each show. Glad the Phish one turned out so well.
