those Anubis are hard to get and I don't buy bootlegs without having them heard first to see if it's an upgrade or not...
after 5 mins on my laptop and in the car, it's not promising. will give a more thorough listen tonight. but first impression is very disappointing. . . perhaps now that the tour is over in europe, other tapers will be more willing to share their work.

i've been listening to the work cre001 has done on my night 2 turku recording. i thought it could never be fixed, but he came through again with an amazing cleanup of a badly damaged recording. the buzzing was much worse on night 2 than night one. and while it is not completely gone from the recording, it is barely noticeable with minimal artifacts introduced by the cleaning. it sounds better than the gf release imo, so i'll be posting it in the next day or two.
Anubis is always great quality. I've listened to some of them and they always have a better sound. ZUrich 1999 is not released yet.... maybe in 1 or 2 weeks.

I think anything recorded from a toilet sounds better than a Godfather CD...what a bad series or releases...you think it can't get worse and then they releases Wembley...won't even bother downloading Turku after your description...please upload your Turku 2 source and hopefully cre001 can do the mastering/fixing...still hoping though for the good version that is out there but if not released I perfectly understand...you don't want CC or GF come along and take your great recordings...

Repair work was done on my recording and while not up to my usual standard it is better than the gf release.

honestly, I have less of a problem with CC and GF using my recordings posted on j-land and dime (not that they have, other than bonus tracks) than I do the scum selling my recordings on cd-r's on ebay ... both of my stones recordings and my McCartney recording are being sold on ebay for 30-50 bucks a pop.
looking forward to Turku N2. i'm gonna download that just for the sake of Wages of Sin (it's a smokin' setlist as well!)
