"Outrage! The people who lined up for concert 1 are making the same list work for 2nd concert. So peeps that lined up during concert 1 and didn't go to concert 1 are now shoved to the back. The system has finally collapsed. You should update the forums that it seems to be "a free for all" now...... I should not have come. Stupid.... P
I hope that they can work it out over there, just spoke on the phone with Pauline and as we both are native speaking Dutch she told me "het is een zooitje" ( Its all messed up )
i was 123 yesterday, so P can have my spot if she wants
This is certainly not a fair way of doing it, granted the guys who had camped out for 10 days deserved there spot yesterday, but the new line should of been on a first come basis for todays show. I knew a lot of people didnt have tixs for #1, but only for #2. They should of started the Q when the #1 crowd were inside.
I guess the problem is that the 490 that were inline for #1 wanted to get the same spot for #2. there were only about 50 new people who wanted to start the line, i guess the majority forced the hand of the few that were there.
Doesn't seem fair to me that you could line up for two concerts at once and then keep your number while being at the concert. Those people had their fun yesterday. The people lining up during concert # 1 should have kicked their asses!
Haha. I predicted this. I am glad I didnt do like I did and qued with GAs then.
Madness that they expect to have the same spot both nights. I hope the ones that started the new line during the first show get the good spots. I don't want to just see faces I saw yesterday on the same screens today.
Should be a good show. Hopefully the pit won't be tired from all the hassle they supposedly have had today =)
I don?t get it. How the hell can they do that.... Do show up at the same time. If I make and there was five people how the hell was I to convince them that I was number one in line. Forget about it!
This is the sure way to make sure that there is no line. Which is in nobody?s interest.
The whole line/numbers thing to me is so lame and un-rock?n?roll, sorry. If you want to be in front, be there early, keep your spot or have others keep it for you and everybody?s happy. Quite honestly, if I turn up at the gates during the afternoon and all of a sudden someone comes with a hand-written number on his arm and tries to push me back (cause that?s what they do, there?s never any politeness whatsoever, just sheer panic) I wouldn?t move an inch... Security should hand out wristbands for those who queue all day, but all this self-organizing of queues to a rock concert is just utter rubbish....
I agree with SkipJ@ck, something was missing yesterday. Bruce was funny and relaxed, audience was fantastic... So maybe something in the setlist. Although the songs were good, somehow intensity was not at the same level than in Milan. Hopefully this evening brings more stuff from Born To Run and earlier records.
A couple of weeks maybe? Tonight he'll open with Jackson Cage.
So, you're a glass is half empty kind of guy?
Nope, Jackson Cage is my cup of tea.
I've NEVER liked Jackson Cage but then again I can list thirty songs that I didn't like for many years (but I won't as I would be banned from SPL for blasphemy) and one day they just clicked.
