By the looks of it, I would bet that Bruce had no objection whatsoever. And how do we know the photog didn't ask? To my knowledge, Bruce has never given a photographer (not named Lynn Goldsmith) a hard time.

it that's the case then they'll be liable under the GDPR as it's classed as personal data. Somebody's gonna be unemployed and the establishmnet could be looking at a (hefty) fine.
