Sting, Ringo Starr, Bruce Springsteen, Yoko Ono and Robert De Niro are just to name a few of the stars taking a stand in the “We Are Not Afraid” campaign for the global refugee crisis, organized by Steve Weitzman.

Kevin Godley directed the star-studded video in support of the Human Rights Watch and The International Rescue Committee.

The original “We Are Not Afraid” was only a 4-minute long video, but had to be expanded because of the outpouring of support from the superstars who wanted to join the campaign.

Artist and peace activist Yoko Ono said she was amazed by the talent who has joined forces. “We’re all together now! We are not afraid to stand against the countless acts of violence, hate, discrimination and abuse witnessed globally.”

President and CEO of the International Rescue Committee David Millband said he couldn’t be happier with the support. “We applaud the efforts of the hundreds of public figures who have invested their time and talent to provide critical aid to help refugees and raise awareness about their plight. When too many politicians are trading in fear it is heartening to see people of renown and credibility standing up for hope.”
