I'm a big fan of throwaways like My Lucky Day, All the Way Home and Radio Nowhere, but I could hardly call them his best written of the period.

A couple of songs from Tracks #4 (Back In Your Arms & Happy) and Greatest Hits (Blood Brothers and Streets Of Philly) would have made the list if those albums were included. Not 100% sure when the Hitter was actually written, but I'll take the chance and include it.
Okay - I'll play. I've always thought that Springsteen has been very productive and written some of his best stuff since TOL - many here disagree. No athemes - but good, strong music. If you added a couple other songs (Streets of Philadelphia, Better Days, Local Hero, Souls of the Departed, Real World (acoustic), Living Proof, and Soul Driver) you have a greatest hits for almost any artist - but since it's after 1980 - most on this board dismiss it.... oh well.

Stuff from the dual albums of 92 don't include
but yes, he has certainly come up with some great stuff since then.
