how does this compare to the Mike Tobin version or Uber #24??

Not that I remember anything about it, according to the Uber #24 info notes, the audience version came from me. So the audience portion is the same.

I do not have the Mike Tobin version listed in the archives

Looking at a old bootleg listing of yours, you have a Mike Torbin version which is a re-master. Could it be the same as the Juan-Samerez version (I.E. Flynn)
