Over the weekend my youngest son was using my PC. While playing games at AddictingGames.com he became agititated. He slammed down the mouse and proceeded to knock my keyboard to the floor. He said upon returning the keyboard to its shelf, a button was accidentally grazed that has put my PC in "sleep mode". This is the message he said he saw on the screen.
The Result
As a result, I cannot power up my PC. Whatever happened powered down my PC immediately. I have a 2 year old HP Pavillion running Windows XP. Also, there is a green LCD on the rear of the tower that has flashed ever since the incident. I tried using Google to see if that would help,but so far to no avail. Any suggestions by you would be greatly appreciated.
