I posted it without my personal negative comments about it's ignorance and appalling misunderstanding because it was there on Expecting Rain and Bruce related. It represents a certain perspective, which seems to be prevalent among certain rather misguided critics and even some portions of the general public.

After all, it's published in the National Review, the publication of William F. Buckley and George Will whose infamous misinterpretation of Bruce led to Reagan's invoking of Bruce in 1984.
