While I haven't heard them yet, my guess is CC used the source tape they used from All Those Nights Vol. 2 for Milano (sounds good) and Bologna (sounds fucking great!). They probably remastered the circulating Rome tape as they did for All Those Nights Vol. 2 (nice enough remaster, sounds nice).
