"Fuck Ticketmaster. And I've got to say I'm disappointed that Springsteen Inc allowed themselves to get sold this pup by them. So much for getting tickets into the hands of real fans. If their algorithm was so sophisticated, once it identified we were human, then that should have been it. Everyone should get a code. That allows everyone the same chance while weeding out the bots. But we don't even get a chance. I don't hold much hope for "Stand by". It's just a way of Verified Fan saving face. We're used to getting screwed by scalpers, but at least we had a chance of getting a ticket. Genuine fans have been shut out before it even began. It seems international fans especially. What an epic fail. If there is one artist where fans will travel across the world it's Bruce, and their fucking program does not appear to even know that.
Please if anyone has a code they don't intend to use, I would be eternally grateful with a PM. Very disappointed"
