See this at the top of the page:
Forums, Surveys, Activity, Members, About etc.
Click on the link Members.
Under the 'POST' tab, you will see a box with 5 choices, all 5 are links.
The first link should say invite others to join. If that is not showing up.
Send me a PM containing the names and GL moniker, email addresses, and their requested SPL moniker
