That being said, sounds like they are going to have an uphill slog if they want to convict. Charges have to be dropped.
@Oats, not on the other boards but it's funny that the SPL (which used to be the cynical one) is now the forgiving one.

Could be a few reasons:

1) We're older and wiser with age... more shades Grey than Black and White

2) We're older and more mellow...

3) That's where the damned went... oh... oh... I meant the banned.

4) We're more spiritual. angel

5) A combination of all of the above.
