Funny, we are really scaling down in the Spring (going to a condo) and I have given away so much stuff (loads of Capitals, Manchester United, Springsteen items). Just don't need it anymore. The only thing of sentimental value I kept are ticket stubs. I binned all my old CD's that I made from loads of vines from back in the day. That was kind of sad but I don't even have anything to play them in anymore.
