I don't consider a company with, in their words, "50,000+ Jams | 15,000+ Shows | 30,000+ Hours of Live Music" with 87 artists a small business. Maybe they need to use some of that revenue created from "15,000+ Shows" to hire a few real, flesh-and-blood human beings instead of being "software generated."
While I have my complaints about Landau, I don't think he is the person primarily responsible for Nugs poor customer service. A quick search showed that fans of other bands also have complaints about Nugs customer service.
Perhaps I wasn't clear with my answer. I meant ... I don't think Nugs has the juice to not charge for the second remixed 12/31 release and the decision was by JL Inc.
JL inc has changed their minds on other things like this when the fan base lets them know about it. You just have to let them know about it.
