I saw this article by Gary Wien on NJ Backstage that asked the above question. (the link to the article is at the bottom of this post)

In my eyes this was a thought provoking question especially among his diehard fans and worthy of a post and discussion.  I'll start and I'd love to hear what song of his best represents your life and why?

There are so many songs of his that a long time fan like myself identifies with but this is about that one song  so I'll go with 'Blood Brothers', not the original but the revised live July 01, 2000 version.

Like everyone else I worked hard my whole life and faced the ups and downs of living my life, the good and the bad, the setbacks and advancements, the joy and sadness, the love and loneliness.  But through it all and along the path my life has taken me, I've alway had my good friends at my side.  They've always been there to talk, encourage, console and help me.

One I've known since I was 5 years old, a few I've known since college some I've met right here on this board.  In fact two of my best friends, I consider my Blood Brothers.  I met both of them here and we've been inseparable in spirit ever since.

In this day and age, it's also about all the other friends I've made around the world through the magic of the internet,  social media and The Boss.

I feel so lucky to have so many friends by my side through this journey called Life.

Awesome answer. You're right, this is a surprisingly difficult question. My first thought was to go with "Long Time Comin'," although I was sure I'd reconsider (again and again) later, and end up changing my mind every time I do. And then I did! And then I did again. And again.

So. I'd have chosen different songs at different parts of my life, but these days, and for the past many years, I think I'd go with "Kingdom of Days." Either that or "Queen of the Supermarket."
