I would be lying if I said I didn’t get a little bit emotional watching this video. “Thunder Road” is my favorite song of all-time. Whether its performed on piano, acoustic guitar, or with the full band, this song always gets me. Check out this supercut of Bruce Springsteen performing “Thunder Road” from 1975 through this year.

It’s incredible to see how in some ways the song has changed and matured over the years, but the overall message of redemption and escape remains the same. Long live Thunder Road!

I was gonna post this, you guys don't miss anything. I do get tired of some of his oft-played songs but never of this one. One of the greatest songs ever written. Posted on Ken Dashow's page-listened to him on the old WNEW FM when they were a progressive rock station. Now he's on a "classic rock" station, I hate that format, how many times can you listen to Free Bird.
