I'm speechless. Everything took place in the ugliest venue I've seen (together with LA PEINETA in Madrid 2003), but surprisingly with a stunning acoustic,in the most beautiful city in the world, after Venice...

The Greek Gods were all in place last night. All to hail the

Mighty Bruce Springsteen and the

heart-stopping, pants-dropping, earth-shocking, hard-rocking, booty-shaking, earth-quaking, love-making, Viagra-taking, history-making, legendary E STREET BAND

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Hey man, did you see that? His body hit the street with such a beautiful thud"

While I loved following this show while it happened and also wish I had been there I must point out to you all who have forgotten; HE IS FALLING BACK INTO HIS "END OF TOUR" PATTERN. Let's revisit some history:

End of Reunion Tour: MSG shows, all of them had special song/moments and the last one was a classic. How many songs not played all tour there?

End of Rising Tour: three shows at Shea Stadium, how many Rising songs got played the last two nights, how much diversity was in the setlists. How many songs not played all tour there?

End of the Magic Tour: Look at the NJ, St. Louis, and Milwaukee shows. How many songs not played all tour there?

End of the WOAD Tour: again, look at the NY shows(detect a pattern? ) & Philly shows,  and the show in Buffalo, How many songs not played all tour there?

This is the pattern, as the tour winds down,  Bruce eschews(there's my word for the day) the album he's promoting and it becomes a wank-a-thon. So I'd say, expect a few more of these in the next few weeks.

I just hope there's some US shows just to kill some time before he goes down to South America. And then there'll be the year-long lull before the next album comes out. Which is good, because I'm still in June 2012 listening to boots!

...and I was right: vioins from the Roma Sinfonietta Orchestra which usually works with Maestro Ennio Morricone

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

...to have just one thing, just one thing in your whole life that you do that makes you proud of yourself, I don't think that's too much for anybody to ask...
