It's not too late to see The Boss in Christchurch.

 

Bruce Springsteen fans who missed out on tickets to the rocker's Christchurch show have a last chance to get in.

The concert's promoters, Frontier Touring, put another 400 tickets up for sale on Monday afternoon.

The original release of tickets sold out in hours.

The new tickets were in the front standing section only and were on sale for $249 from Ticketek.

Frontier Touring New Zealand representative Brent Eccles said the extra tickets were "exciting news" for fans.

"At the very last minute, the exciting news is that 400 of the best seats in the house have just gone on sale through Ticketek due to a late production change," he said.

The extra tickets apparently weren't planned, but after a venue walk-through on Monday morning, promoters realised they could fit more people inside.

The show is due to kick off at around 5pm on Tuesday at AMI Stadium.

Christchurch is a city where we have never played before and people are likely unfamiliar with the pit line up system.
