A Mt. Airy man who was pleaded guilty of selling fake Super Bowl tickets in 2014 has again been charged in a ticket scam, this time he messed with the Boss.

Eugene Fladger, 35, of Mt. Airy, has been charged with two counts of wire fraud in a case that involved him selling fake Bruce Springsteen tickets, according to the Philadelphia Magazine. Fladger is out on $50,000 bail.

The magazine reports each county has a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

The U.S. Department of Justice filed charges against the Fladger, who allegedly forged and sold high-quality tickets to the 2014 Super Bowl, after he posted ads on Craigslist in February saying he had tickets to the Boss' concert later that month at the Wells Fargo Center, according to the magazine.

While the selling of fake tickets is not a federal crime, using the internet to sell fake stuff is.

Prosecutors said Fladger sold 24 fake tickets, which netted him $2,800.
