It sounds like a Mighty good time at the Stone Pony.

Max Weinberg's Jukebox is set to perform at the legendary Asbury Park club on Wednesday, Aug. 30. Tickets, $37.50 in advance and $125 for a meet and greet, are on sale to the general public starting 10 a.m. Friday, June 23 through Ticketmaster.com.

What's the Weinberg Jukebox? It's the drummer for the E Street Band with the Weeklings, featuring Glen Burtnik and Bob Burger, performing songs on demand from the glory days of rock 'n' to Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band classics.

“What I do now, the audience makes up the set list and these guys, they know every song – every record, and I give the audience a list to pick from," said Weinberg of the Jukebox to the Asbury Park Press in April. "We did a club last week, a fabulous place in Evanston, Illinois called Space, and there was a list on a video behind me, and people would just call out a song. It was wild, it was really fun. It could be anything from Tommy James to the Yardbirds, you name it, they’re all on the list.”

More than 200 songs are on the list.

Mighty Max Weinberg of South Orange is the long-time drummer for the E Street Band and he's also a TV star who was part of “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.”
