This is like the 70's when you had to mail in your money ahead of time and get picked in a lottery. lol  Now it's an electronic lottery.

When I signed in to register for this, the site had a wrong phone # for me which is the only way they contact you.  It wouldn't let me edit the wrong #.  I didn't sign up.  I went back to my TM acct. and all was as it should be on my TM acct., right # etc.  I had to call customer service and get it straightened out.  Thank God I had a tech savvy customer friendly young man on the phone.  It took him 15 minutes but he was finally able to get me in and enter my everyday phone number.

I haven't praised TM in a long time. lol

Anyone else having difficulty registering via this website: https://springsteen.tmverifiedfan.com

Scroll down to #1 and click onhere

Tried that, and different browsers, etc. Have got on to TM support, so will figure it out soon with a bit of luck. What's happening for me is that the box that follows the 'Sign in with your Ticketmaster account to continue' just shows a continuous loading animation.

“I wanted to do some shows that were as personal and as intimate as possible. I chose Broadway for this project because it has the beautiful old theaters which seemed like the right setting for what I have in mind. In fact, with one or two exceptions, the 960 seats of the Walter Kerr Theatre is probably the smallest venue I’ve played in the last 40 years. My show is just me, the guitar, the piano and the words and music. Some of the show is spoken, some of it is sung. It loosely follows the arc of my life and my work. All of it together is in pursuit of my constant goal to provide an entertaining evening and to communicate something of value,” says Springsteen.

"Bruce Springsteen is one of our greatest musical storytellers, and Broadway is built on a beloved tradition of musical storytelling. What a once-in-a lifetime thrill for all of us at Jujamcyn to welcome Bruce home to his rightful place in the Broadway legacy,” says Jordan Roth, President of Jujamcyn Theaters, which owns the Walter Kerr.

The creative team for “Springsteen on Broadway” includes Heather Wolensky (scenic design), Natasha Katz (lighting design) and Brian Ronan (sound design).

He hired a Broadway team, not a rock crew. If there's one thing Broadway teams can't handle, its audibles. I'm willing to bet the show will be pretty static

It's not going to be like any E Street Band Show.   Broadway musicals don't change, neither will this.  It'll be choreographed just like any other musical.  It will be more quiet than Joad or D&D and there will be more speaking. whether he's reading parts of the book or telling a story.  He won't want to do D&D over again.  It has to be different.  He will also get people that will want to see this that wouldn't dream of going to his concerts.

But what we will get are acoustic songs that are rarely played from his early albums and others that have played big parts in his career, possibly The Rising.
