I like it, too. Was in Munich and enjoyed it very much. To hear songs like Downbound Train, No Surrender, My Hometownor I'm on Fire is always very nice. And the rest of the album rocked the stadium.

What you posted outside the venue at Munich then???

Only other post on SPL is on that set list thread..

I think at this point Bruce is doing the full album shows because he's getting tired of trying to put set lists together.

He should just go out and pick 25 + request signs and play them all.

LET THE FANS DO A SET LIST FOR A CHANGE....

How did you people get a photo of me and the better half?

Great show, but I may be biased as I was in a fairly chipper mood to start with. Opened strong, BTR was great, Pay Me My Money Down was sublime and did indeed feature an Italian dude with a washboard strapped to his chest, playing it with two spoons.

Encore was short, sweet and brought the house down. I'd post more, but I'm off for some more pre-marital emasculation ejaculations.

Love the start through to BTR.
Would love to see full BTR so that was cool.
Encore would've been great no doubt but short would have been a bit disappointing though, right?
He could've thrown in 2 more at least and jeez there's so many great ones to choose from.
Anyway all in all a cool show.

Cheers,

Hazy

Just to wrap things up. First, I can't believe you have never heard of St. Anthony of Padua - though he was actually Portuguese (great celebrations with ginginha in Lisboa on June 13th). Second, Padua is home of the second most ancient university, after Bologna. Third, it is the place where David Campese played for a couple of years in mid-eighties.

So, I have Ruan-ed you all!

As far as Bruce is concerned, very good show. He may have shrinked the length of the show, but only for the better. He has worked on his voice (less twang-ed) and he walks less - so no use being pushed against the fence. Listening to BtR in mid-concert was weird.

Off to San Siro now. I feel like it would be me who has to do something on that sacred stage.
