The Worlds Apart from Chicago '02 is among the best I've heard. Bloody fingers from Bruce and Steve by the end.

Further on Up the Road should come from 7/1/2000 or 6/4/2000. The Reunion versions are far superior to the Rising versions.

It's s shame Paradise didn't get more airtime. The Rehearsal Night version is great. I understand leaving it out in the States, but the European crowds would at least shut up for it. Playing it at FedEx Field just wasn't the answer....

we don't have much to choose from for the acoustic disc.it must be of the d&d tour.there all quite the same there regarding performance.we need to dig those with the best sound quality,though.

Further from the d&d tour is not that bad.i prefer it over the sessions version.

the SNL's piano version of You're Missing is much better then any version of this song played ever.

Now for my $.02; how about three disks? Danny versions, acoustic versions, Charlie versions-knowing full well some of these don't exist in all three.

I honestly don't think that The Rising deserves that much attention, especially compared to the older albums where we sometimes didn't even had an extra disc at all.

I vaguely remember getting a smoking Rising at one of the Euro Magic shows, I think it was Dusseldorf. At my age and my dabbling in exotic substances I could be imagining it. I'll check out the bootleg.

The flashbacks are not as clear as they used to be.
