What I would like to know is how's Tom M doing filling in for Steve? Might be difficult for an aussie to tell given the lack of shows downunder recently but still: we're talking E-street shows with no Danny, no C and now no Steve so the big ? is Does It Matter? Or is the E-street legend just a urban legend?

Stampe how do you think Tom is doing?? he's doing great. that's guaranteed.
He's a tremendous guitar player and Steve's presence has been almost unnoticeable for the past three tours.

As Rick said.Let him get warmed up.It's the first show of a extra long break.Hehas to build up to it.Also add the long ass flight to get there.I would hope he got there a few days ago...one would hope anyway.But you never know.He might have just gotten there the day before.

It's actually the third show this year, and the shortest I might add. With a break a day as well. Well, we'll see. We had 2 hours + shows in 2007 and they were reportedly good, even though I didn't attend any of them.

It's interesting to see that they don't play such tunes like Jack of all trades or This Depression with TM's guitar playing.
